Your documents

Ocho PDF opens, edits and signs PDFs on your own device. Your documents are not uploaded to our servers.

Your account

If you create an account we store your email address and which plan you have. We use Supabase for sign-in and plan records, and Resend to send the confirmation and password-reset emails.

Signature sync (Pro)

If you have Pro and are signed in, your saved signature pictures and the sizes you set for Date and Text are stored in your account so they appear on all your devices. They can only be read by you. You can switch this off in the app (Info), and ask us to delete the data at any time. Without Pro, signatures stay on your device only.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller. We never see or store your card details. We receive confirmation that your subscription is active, and your email.

Website

This website is hosted on Vercel and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Your account email and plan are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete the account and we remove it, except records we must keep for tax or payment purposes (those are held by Stripe).
